They have a 17 year old daughter who is a junior at Burlington-Edison High School. As a family they enjoy sea kayaking, skiing, hiking, camping, biking, cooking and eating.  Jim’s favorite thing about his job is being able to work every day on the prettiest 60 acres, with good people and growing trees and shrubs that will be used in conservation.

Lori McLaughlin - Marketing and Bookkeeper

Lori attended school at Eastern Washington University and received a degree in Business and Marketing.  Lori and her husband have two energetic young boys (8 and 14) who keep her very busy. Lori enjoys hiking, traveling and photography.  The best thing about her job is the working with the people and the flexibility that allows her to participate and volunteer at the boys school.

Efrain Tapia - Equipment Operator

Before being hired at the Plant Materials Center, he worked at a potato farm as a machinery operator. He lives in Sedro Woolley with his wife and three kids.
