Pick up

• Available with a scheduled appointment -  Monday - Friday 7:30-am - 3pm
• We require at least two weeks of notice prior to pick up, and days/weeks do fill up
• Facility is located at 16564 Bradley Road, Bow WA 98232

      Method

• Depending on order volume, we use UPS Ground and Oak Harbor Freight.
• Please contact us if you need special arrangements for shipping.

      Schedule

• Reserved shipping dates are first come-first served, the end of December through April.
• We require at least two weeks of notice prior to the desired ship date, and days/weeks do fill up.
• We advise shipping Monday through Thursday, so the plant material does not sit on a loading dock in harmful conditions.

      Cost

• Shipping companies base their rates on weight, volume and destination.
• We cannot calculate exact shipping costs until after the order ships.
• Our charges compare quite favorably with other nurseries when using the same method of shipping.

The WACD Plant Materials Center cannot guarantee against delays, mishandling, or other causes beyond our control when shipping material. Most carriers do not assume responsibility for perishable goods and do not guarantee timely transit. Once plants are in possession of the carrier, the customer becomes solely responsible for any possible damage, loss or delay while in transit.

We want to make sure that you get the plants you want in good condition. If your box arrives damaged, please accept the order and let the shipping company know as soon as possible. Open your box and inspect your plants. Please notify us of any potential issues within 5 business days of receiving your order. We do not guarantee plants to live after receipt since transplant success depends on factors beyond our control.
